Last year, we submitted to the Labour Inspectorate our company’s best practice in using bluespot lights on forklifts – deemed one of the best practices in 2016. The Labour Inspectorate wanted our company’s solution to reach other employers, and therefore it was suggested to us that we film a video of the best practice submitted.

On 26 September, the planned film shoot at the Sekurit plant in Elva went ahead. It took nearly three hours to record the footage, which was eventually distilled into a 90-second clip.

The objective of the video is to disseminate occupational safety culture.

The video is a source of information and instructional material for their employers, encouraging them to devote more attention to a safe work environment and to call on enterprises to invest more into safety than the law requires them to.

The expenses related to the video were paid by the Labour Inspectorate as part of the ESF project "Developing a sustainable work environment that maintains capacity for work”.

The video producer was Tuisk Film Production.
